Luxe Athletic and Shape Wear- Retail Merchandising Course Project

This was a main group project in one of the merchandising classes. The objective was to create our own brand and a strategy for a particular season, which included a comprehensive analysis of business, selling strategy, forecasting hiring needs, scheduling, payroll, promotional/ marketing, motivation, team development and any components that will assist in making our store profitable during the season.
