Hi, I'm Akshaya Singhal!

I am a fashion designer with an interest in apparel merchandising. I recently graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington with a Fashion Design B.A and a minor in Apparel Merchandising. My background in fashion design has provided me with a unique skillset that I use to bring my creative visions to life. As a designer, I strive to create garments that not only look great but also fit properly and function well. My attention to detail and dedication to timeliness sets me apart from other designers. My creative ideology includes understanding the person who is wearing my clothing. My clothing should reflect their personality and style. Some of my notable achievements include designing and creating my own collection presented in the Annual BA Fashion Show, being the director of the same show for two years and winning the Area Award for Fashion Design for my leadership, academic excellence, performance, and dedication.
